How to gather 2,800 collaborators from all over the world, when all borders were closed at the height of the pandemic?
◆ Solution
Criteo WOW, a virtual 3D island, open for 4 days and covering an inspiring program with:
- 2 plenary sessions
- 70 universities: a custom, peer-to-peer learning format
- 12 talks: intimate conversations with top management
- Games: beach soccer, beer pong, quizzes, treasure hunts
- Quests: non-player characters setting challenges to be overcome while exploring the island
- An escape game: a 60min team building exercise with 3 difficulty levels
For each challenge, collaborators received points to advance on the world’s leading board.
A virtual world, built on the same graphics engine as Fortnite with impressive visuals, accessible without downloading from any device.
